Lauren Cohan topbills new cinematic chiller
A NANNY’S job is neither easy nor predictable, but the character of Greta in the new cinematic chiller, “The Boy,” has been given an especially challenging assignment—to “take care” of a child who turns out to be a life-sized porcelain doll! The doll is treated like a real boy by Greta’s employers to help them cope with the death of their son, Brahms.
Greta is provided with a set of rules that she must strictly follow, like: absolutely no visitors, play loud music, read bedtime stories, don’t cover his face, never leave him alone, and don’t forget to “feed” him!
When Greta fails to comply, a series of inexplicable and terrifying events lead her to believe—that the doll is alive! “The Boy” topbills Lauren Cohan and Rupert Evans, and is directed by William Brent Bell (“The Devil Inside”).
