Perfume magnate Joel Cruz has new set of twins
Fragrance manufacturer Joel Cruz has two new babies, following his first set of twins in 2012.
Cruz shared the news to actress-host Kris Aquino during the Dec. 28 episode of ABS-CBN’s “Kris TV.”
Cruz said the baby boys, Harry and Harvey, were conceived via in vitro fertilization and carried by the same 32-year-old Russian mother of his first twins, Prince Sean and Princess Synne.

He brought home the twins from Russia last Nov. 28.

Cruz is the CEO of Aficionado perfume.
