New inductee

Marissu Bugante oversees the Social Security System’s Public Affairs and Special Events division, which is tasked to disseminate information about its policies. As division VP, Susie is responsible for SSS’ corporate communication and public relations programs.

She writes a column for another broadsheet and hosts “Buti Na Lang May SSS” on dzIQ 990 kHz. She was recently inducted into the Philippine Society of Public Relations by our president, Ramon “Bong” Osorio.

Susie grew up in Zamboanga City and finished her Broadcast Communications degree at UP Diliman. She was a recipient of scholarships in Video Production and Audio Visual Technology at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and the Okinawa International Center in Japan, respectively.
