Mariel Rodriguez suffers another miscarriage
TV host and actress Mariel Rodriguez suffered another miscarriage last Wednesday.
This was confirmed to Inquirer on Thursday by Betchay Vidanes, manager of Robin Padilla, Rodriguez’ actor-husband.
“It is with such a heavy heart that we are informing you that Ms. Mariel has suffered a miscarriage on August 12, 2015 at 6:30pm and the couple have lost the triplet pregnancy,” Vidanes said.
“On behalf of the couple we would like to ask for your prayers and utmost consideration for the couple’s privacy and comfort,” she added.
This was the second time Rodriguez suffered miscarriage. In March, she was eight weeks and three days pregnant when she lost her first child.
This came days after Padilla withdrew from his film project with Japanese adult video star Maria Ozawa, saying that he “needs to attend to his wife who is currently pregnant with triplets.”
He also described Rodriguez’ pregnancy as “delicate.”
