Comedian Vice Ganda, who claims to have been bullied in school, wiped off his makeup in an episode of “It’s Showtime,” to support the Anti-Bullying Act. He advised students to be proud of who they are. “We can’t force other people to call us beautiful, but we … should always see ourselves as beautiful.
