MANILA, Philippines — Fans of YouTube sensation Jamich—Jam Sebastian and Mich Liggayu—took to social media to express their grief on the death of Jam Sebastian.

“RIP Jam” took the top spot in the worldwide trend list on Twitter.

Netizens also thanked Sebastian for providing them happiness and wished that he would be in a better place after months of battling stage 4 lung cancer.

Sebastian, 28, passed away at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the St. Lukes Medical Center in the Bonifacio Global City.

Liggayu, Sebastian’s fiancee, thanked him for everything.

“We love you Jam Fernando Sebastian. I’m sure magiging sobrang ganda and happy ng birthday celebration mo sa Heaven. Sana madream kita na ipaalam mo lang samin na masaya ka na and healthy ulit with God,” Liggayu said on her Facebook page.

“Thank you for everything… No words can explain. Until we meet again,” she added.

The couple became famous online with their romantic comedy mini-movies portraying love and relationship.  AJH
