Official: Video shows Kim Kardashian stepdad rear-ended cars in fatal wreck

LOS ANGELES, United States — A law enforcement official says video of a fatal car crash shows Bruce Jenner’s vehicle rear-ended two cars and pushed one into oncoming traffic.

The official told The Associated Press on Wednesday that the stepfather of celebrity Kim Kardashian steered his Cadillac Escalade to avoid a collision Feb. 7 in Malibu and rear-ended a Lexus sedan.

The driver of the Lexus was killed when her car was struck head-on by a Hummer.

The official was briefed on the video but was not authorized to speak publicly and talked to the AP on condition of anonymity.

Video shows Jenner’s SUV also hit a Prius. Officials initially said the Lexus had struck the Prius as it slowed approaching a traffic light.

The video does not appear to show Jenner using his phone. The 1976 Olympic decathlon champion passed a field sobriety test.
