Today, the Inquirer Indie Bravo!-Fully Booked Film Festival marks Bonifacio Day with special screenings on the revolutionary hero: Mario O’Hara’s “Ang Paglilitis ni Andres Bonifacio” (4 p.m.), Lav Diaz’s “Prologo sa Ang Dakilang Desaparecido” (6 p.m.) and Raya Martin’s “Autohysteria” (8:30 p.m.).

The 30-minute Diaz film is preceded by lectures, with historian Xiao Chua (on Bonifacio as the first Philippine president) and film historian Teddy Co (on representations of Bonifacio in Philippine cinema).
