‘Transit’ bags North American distributor

According to producer Paul Soriano, Seventh Art Releasing has acquired the North American rights to Hannah Espia’s debut film “Transit.”

“It will open in North America later this year,” said Soriano. Hollywood producer Dean Devlin’s Electric Entertainment earlier secured the worldwide sales of “Transit,” last year’s big winner at the Cinemalaya. Bayani San Diego Jr.
