Filipino rock icons to hold silent concert

MANILA, Philippines—Stars have aligned for a concert, a silent one that is.

Arguably two of the biggest rock icons in Philippine music, Ely Buendia and Bamboo Mañalac would host a Silent Concert on May 8 at the Rockwell Tent.

And that the concert is a silent one, Buendia, frontman of the Eraserheads, and Mañalac, the frontman of his namesake band, would perform inside a studio while the audience would plug headphones to listen to the performance.
