Deniece Cornejo posts bail—report

MANILA, Philippines—Model Deniece Cornejo on Wednesday posted bail for the grave coercion charges filed against her and six others by TV host-actor Vhong Navarro.
Cornejo went to the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) before noon Wednesday to post the P12,000 bail.
On Tuesday, Jed Fernandez, one of the seven respondents named in the same grave coercion case also posted bail before the Taguig MTC.
An arrest warrant was released Friday by the Taguig MTC for the grave coercion charges against Cornejo, Fernandez, Cedric Lee and four others.
Cornejo and her group are also facing illegal detention, but the court has yet to decide on the case’s merit.
