AFC continues celebration with Jan-Feb line-up
MANILA, Philippines – AFC continues with the festivities with an impressive line-up of shows and specials. This February, the Asian Food Channel lets you have a sneak peek of their latest programs starring Ching-He Huang, Chuck Hughes, Chefs Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking. Chinese New Year Specials of AFC Original Productions such as A Party Affair and Back to the Streets 2 lets you gear up for the Lunar New Year and celebrate with a bang.

And so, they pack up and head to Restoran Lee Hong Kee. With Malcolm dressed as the God of Fortune, the duo enjoy a prosperous and bountiful meal of Poon Chai and Lao Mei Fan. Surprisingly, out of all of the dishes that they have had, Malcolm enjoys the rice dish the most, which he decides to use it as his inspiration for the dish of the week. A PARTY AFFAIR (CHINESE NEW YEAR SPECIAL)
It’s Chinese New Year, and Chef Willin’s closest friends are heading over to his place for a Lunar New Year gathering. To usher in a prosperous Chinese New Year, Chef Willin creates three party dishes that pay tribute to classic Chinese cooking with a modern twist. Not only will these dishes bring good luck and health, they will also satisfy any discerning palate.
Incorporating the traditional and popular Asian preserved sweet meat, Chef Willin serves up the scrumptious Bak Kwa Spinach Salad. The celebration continues with Yu Sheng Ceviche with Tortilla Corn Chips, which will no doubt bring abundant prosperity to the group of friends! Wrapping up the festive occasion is the rich Foie Gras Ngo Hiang Parcels, which offers a luxurious twist to the typical five-spiced meat rolls.
