Not ready for love

THREE years after the 2009 video scandal that involved her and Hayden Kho, sexy actress Katrina Halili said she is now picking up the pieces.

“People say they’re seeing the changes in me. I sometimes surprise myself, too,” Katrina, 25, told the Philippine Daily Inquirer during the launch of the new GMA 7 drama “Munting Heredera.”

“After the incident, I kept to myself,” Katrina said. “At work, I’d stay inside my car until I’m called for my scenes. Close friends said I was made of stone, but they now see a lively Katrina.”

She neglected a lot of things for three years, she admitted. “But I’m catching up on things.”

Not on her love life, though. “I’d be wasting my time if I forced myself into a new relationship,” she said. Marinel R. Cruz
