Moonstar88 made an addition to the long list of rewards for Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo, as the OPM band offered to perform at the athlete’s wedding for free.

Moonstar88 praised Yulo for his recent win through its Facebook page on Wednesday, Aug. 7.

“Sagot na namin ang tugtugan sa kasal mo, Caloy!” it added.

In the comments section, the band then quipped, “Uy no pressure Caloy! Kahit umabot pa ng 2088.”

While Yulo’s plans of settling down are not known to the public, he is currently dating content creator Chloe Anjeleigh San Jose—a relationship the athlete’s mother Angelica does not approve of.

Several agencies and companies have pledged incentives for Yulo. Some of these are a P20-million cash gift—P10 million for each Olympic gold medal—from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.; P6 million from the House of Representatives; P6 million from private companies; P2 million from the Manila local government unit; and a condominium worth P32 million.

Yulo is the first Filipino to win two Olympic gold medals. Prior to him, weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz delivered the country’s first Olympic gold medal from the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
