LAWYER Eugenio “Toto” Villareal is the new chair of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB). In an interview with the Inquirer on Wednesday, Villareal said his mission is to make the board more relevant and responsive. Bayani San Diego Jr.
