LOOK: Arci Muñoz seen in Tuguegarao with new look

It seems that Arci Muñoz appeared with a fresh new face when she performed in Tuguegarao City over the weekend.

The talented actress and singer put on a show at the city’s Afi Festival and willingly posed for fans.

Although there hasn’t been a confirmation on cosmetic surgery from the “Can We Still Be Friends?” star, Arci’s look from her early days in talent show “Starstruck” has remarkably transformed, earning her the label “retokada” from critics. But plastic surgery or no, she has always been beautiful.

In an exclusive interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal in June, Arci did not address allegations of going under the knife head on, but nonetheless gave a comment.
