Cinemanila 2013 winners awarded Saturday night

MANILA, Philippines—Cinemanila International Film Festival 2013 winners were awarded Saturday night at the SM Aura in Taguig City.

Raya Martin won best director for his recent opus, “How To Disappear Completely”, which  also won best film for Digital Lokal category.  There was no jury prize given.

Young Cinema

Ishmael Bernal Award: Theo Lozada

Best Picture: “Pantomina ng mga Ikinubli ng Alon”


Grand Jury: Rithy Panh’s “The Missing Picture” (Cambodia)

Lino Brocka Grand Prize: Paolo Sorrentino’s “The Great Beauty” (Italy)
