MANILA, Philippines—Acclaimed comedian Eugene Domingo wins best actress for Jun Robles Lana’s “Barber’s Tales” at the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival, Lana told the INQUIRER Friday night.

        I don’t like Vice Ganda. Masyado lang bilib ang mga kasamahan niya sa showbiz. He is another Willie Revillame! Annoying. A lot of my other colleagues find him the same.
