‘End of an era’: Karina Bautista reveals breakup with non-showbiz BF
Karina Bautista extended her well-wishes to athlete Manny Billones as she confirmed that they have ended their three-year relationship.
The actress dedicated an open letter to Billones along with a compilation of their treasured memories, through her Instagram page on Friday, Jan. 30.
“An end of an era,” she began her post. “I have always been open and proud to share this relationship online thus it breaks my heart to say that we have officially decided to part ways.”
Despite the breakup, Bautista said she has nothing but gratitude for the hockey player.
“To Manny Billones, thank you for the almost [three] beautiful years. In the end, I have no regrets, it truly was one to cherish,” she said.
“Please do know that from the most sincerest part of my heart, I truly wish you well and will continue to pray for your peace, success and the love you’ll find next,” she concluded.
The reason behind the breakup was not immediately disclosed by the actress. Billones has also yet to publicly speak about his split with the actress as of this writing.

Bautista — who rose to fame after joining the reality show “Pinoy Big Brother” — and Billones were already a year into their relationship when they revealed it to the public in February 2024. The pair met when the actress started playing hockey and Billones served as her coach. /ra
