Barbie Forteza breaks silence on Jameson Blake, sighting with ex Jak Roberto

As Barbie Forteza made headlines on her rumored romance with Jameson Blake and recent sighting with ex-boyfriend Jak Roberto, she finally had the chance to address her side of the story regarding her involvement with Blake and Roberto.

In a sit-down interview on the July 11 episode of 24 Oras, the Kapuso star addressed her involvement with Blake and Roberto.

The “Beauty Empire” star was rumored to be in a relationship with Blake after they were spotted holding hands at a fun run in Pampanga last June. Blake, however, denied the allegations and clarified that he was merely helping the actress navigate through the crowd.

“Actually, a lot were confused about how we met. We worked together in the film (Kontrabida Academy.) In the recent run, he invited me, just like how my other running friends ask me to run. That’s it. We are not together,” she said.

The actress also made headlines after she was spotted interacting with Roberto during GMA’s 75th Anniversary event. However, she stated that she doesn’t want to talk about the recent sighting.

“About that, since there was a photo that came out, I think I don’t have to discuss it any further. There was a photo that came out already. Let me clarify that I don’t want to discuss it any further,” she said.

This is not the first time the “Maria Clara at Ibarra” star chose to keep mum about her relationship with Roberto. In an ambush interview on the sidelines of “Beauty Empire,” Forteza reiterated that she didn’t want to talk about her past involvement with the Kapuso hunk out of respect for their relationship.

The ex-couple was in a relationship for seven years, and their split was confirmed in January 2025. /edv
