Gretchen Barretto marked her 55th birthday recently by enjoying good food and the company of her close friends and loved ones.
Sneak peeks into Gretchen’s intimate birthday party were shared by socialite Mimi Que, who was one of the attendees at the gathering, through her Instagram page last Friday, March 7. The event had a welcome signage that read “Greta’s Party” and a simple buffet setup.
“It’s my bestie’s birthday!” Que said in the caption.
Gretchen and Que were seen enjoying the game of Bato-Bato Pick, with each holding what appeared to be cash prizes. The actress’ daughter, Dominique Cojuangco, as well as actresses Angel Aquino and Shaina Magdayao were present at the party.

Gretchen made headlines in October after she dismissed the persistent separation rumors hounding her and her longtime partner, businessman Tonyboy Cojuangco.
Gretchen addressed this while speaking about how a man is a “keeper” when he is supportive of his woman.
“That’s what Tony is. It doesn’t matter what time, what day,” she said. “Tingnan mo naman, 31 years na kami sa February. Never separated ha.”
“Ang funny nga when people say hiwalay kami. Oh my gosh. Alam mo now, I laugh — we really laugh about it,” she added. “We have history, we have continuity. We have everything.”
