Medina tied the knot with Llana, who works as a diving instructor, twice in October 2023. The first ceremony was a church wedding in Rizal, while the second one was a beach wedding held in Palawan days later.

The couple then announced Medina’s pregnancy last February by showing themselves with the sonogram of their baby.

“Our hearts are bursting with so much love and excitement as we begin this incredible journey into parenthood,” the actress-beauty queen said at the time. “Thank you Lord and oh I just wanna share, it’s true that you’ll cry when you hear that first heartbeat. Yes, it was so precious.”
