Mariel Padilla treated to ‘big party’ on 40th birthday

Mariel Padilla could not help but be emotional as she celebrated her 40th birthday in a party organized by her husband, Sen. Robin Padilla, and her sister Kaye.
The highlights of the event were documented by Mariel through a video on her Instagram page on Monday, Aug. 12, with the actress-TV host crediting the two for a commendable party.
“So incredibly blessed to have a husband and sister prepare the most epic 40th celebration for me. I felt nothing but LOVE!”, she said in the caption. “It was a full experience, everything!”
“The styling of the place and every single detail of the party was my sister’s love letter to me. While all my husband wanted was for me to be celebrated. He wanted to make sure that I was the happiest because for him I deserved nothing but the best,” she continued.
Mariel also expressed her gratitude to her loved ones and friends who celebrated with them, including Toni Gonzaga, her husband Paul Soriano, Alex Gonzaga, Daniel Padilla, Pauleen Luna, Ciara Sotto, Diorella Sotto, Danica Sotto, and “It’s Showtime” hosts Vice Ganda, Amy Perez and Ryan Bang.
“I appreciate all of you!… I had so much fun with all of you that my feet are still recovering from all the dancing,” she said. “Oh my gosh, what a night!”

“Very emotional about this because I feel so blessed and I feel so much love!” she added in a separate post. “I have never had a big party. I throw parties all the time but always for my loved ones never for myself. On my 40th, they threw me a celebration I’ll remember forever!”

Mariel shares two daughters with Robin, namely Isabella and Gabriela who were both present at their mom’s birthday event. The couple tied the knot in India in 2010, welcomed Isabella in 2016, then Gabriela in 2019.
