Alden Richards among producers of Scott Adkins-led film
Alden Richards announced that he will co-produce the international film “Death March” which stars British actor Scott Adkins and Filipino actress Gabbi Garcia.
Richards made the announcement through his and his multimedia company Myriad Corporation’s Instagram pages on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
“Thrilled to co-produce a film that brings together talents from the Philippines, [United States], Europe, Australia and Japan. Can’t wait to unveil this journey with the world!” he said, adding the hashtag “Death March.”

Meanwhile, Adkins earlier gave a glimpse of the filming and shared the first official still from the movie via his Instagram page.

Article continues after this advertisementSpeaking about his character in the project, Adkins stated, “A British RAF Wing Commander James Wright is captured by the Japanese during World War II and forced to fight in brutal hand to hand combat. The Japanese soldiers get more than they bargained for when Wright’s years of martial arts training in Hong Kong prove him to be a formidable opponent.”

Prior to this, Garcia was also revealed as one of the cast members although her role has yet to be announced as of this writing.
Adkins is best known for starring as Russian prison fighter Yuri Boyka in the movie “Undisputed II: Last Man Standing” (2006), “Undisputed III: Redemption” (2010) and “Boyka: Undisputed” (2016).
The British actor also starred in the films “Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning” (2012) and “John Wick: Chapter 4” (2023).
