Song Joong-ki, Katy Louise Saunders expecting second child

South Korean actor Song Joong-ki and his wife Katy Louise Saunders are about to become parents of two, as the actor’s label confirmed that the couple is expecting their second child.
Song’s agency HighZium Studio confirmed Saunders’ pregnancy in a brief statement via Korean media outlet Sports Chosun on Monday, July 8, although it remained mum on how long the actor’s wife has been expecting.
“Actor Song Joong Ki is becoming a father of two,” HighZium Studio said.
The couple tied the knot in January 2023 and welcomed their first child five months later.
On his fan cafe in June 2023, Song said Saunders gave birth in the latter’s hometown in Rome, Italy, a month after the actor attended the Cannes Film Festival. He also shared that having a family has always been his “biggest dream.”

He is best known for his lead roles in the K-dramas “Descendants of the Sun,” “Vincenzo,” “Reborn Rich,” and “Arthdal Chronicles.” He was also the lead in the films “A Werewolf Boy,” “Space Sweepers,” and “My Name is Loh Kiwan,” to name a few.
Meanwhile, Saunders is a British actress known for her roles in the 2003 “The Lizzie Mcguire” movie and “The Borgia.”
