‘Scarlet Heart’ actor Kim Ji-soo set to appear in ‘Black Rider’
Korean actor Kim Ji-soo, best known for his roles in the hit K-drama series “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo” and “Strong Girl Bong-soon,” is set to join the cast of the Ruru Madrid-led TV series “Black Rider.”
Ji-soo’s stint in the action-drama series was announced by GMA Network through its Instagram page on Friday, June 28.

Further details on his character were not immediately disclosed, but a teaser of the “Black Rider” episode featuring the Korean actor shows him as an individual skilled in using a gun.
In the clip, he also trains Yassi Pressman’s character in shooting and later gets involved in a confrontation with Jon Lucas’ role, with them pointing guns at each other.

Ji-soo portrayed the character of 14th Prince Wang Jung in “Scarlet Heart,” and detective In Guk-Doo in “Strong Girl Bong-soon.” He also starred in several other TV series including “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo,” “My First First Love,” “The Doctors,” and “Bad Guys 2.”
Aside from the Korean actor, Jak Roberto is also set to join the “Black Rider” cast members, who include Raymart Santiago, Rio Locsin, Raymond Bagatsing and Herlene Budol.
