Ashley Tisdale announces second baby on the way
“High School Musical” star Ashley Tisdale shared the exciting news that she is expecting her second child.
Tisdale’s disclosure came on the heels of her “High School Musical” co-star Vanessa Hudgens’ own announcement that she’s expecting her first child with husband Cole Tucker as she debuted her baby bump at the 2024 Oscars earlier this month.
On Instagram, Tisdale showed off her baby bump and wrote to her little one, “We can’t wait to meet you,”

On his Instagram story, French also took the opportunity to thank the people who extended their congratulations and kind words for their “little blessing.”
“We are so happy, excited, and grateful for this new little blessing. Thank you so much for all the kind words of love and support from everyone, we feel it all and appreciate it,” he wrote.
The celebrity couple welcomed their first child, daughter Jupiter Iris French, in March 2021. Last year, Tisdale opened up to People Magazine about how she still struggles with “mom guilt” as she tries to juggle her career and being a mother.
“I am still trying to find the work-life balance. I have that mom guilt whenever I’m working where I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I miss her.’ It’s just like, I don’t know, she’s just the best thing in the entire world. She’s always so much fun,” she said.
Despite the challenge of being a first-time mom, the former Disney Channel teen star said that motherhood remains “rewarding” for her.
“It’s hard work. It truly is. But it’s also the most rewarding because it’s amazing to have this little human being in our lives. I can’t remember what life was like before,” she told E! News.
