Star Magical Christmas 2023: Kapamilya stars spread Yuletide cheer on white carpet

It was a night of gratitude at the Star Magical Christmas 2023 gala with the brightest Kapamilya stars donning their festive looks and auras to spread Yuletide cheer on the white carpet.

Bringing their own interpretation of the theme “Everything Christmas” at the Marriott Hotel in Pasay City last Sunday, Nov. 19, celebrities showed up in glamorous ensembles perfect for the holiday season while bringing toys and gifts for underprivileged children.

Among the highlights of the event were Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano who wore matching attires reminiscent of Holiday Barbie and Ken dolls. The actor looked handsome in his dark green shirt, red blazer jacket, and checkered pants, while the actress did a flirty interpretation of a candy cane in her asymmetrical striped dress.

Andrea Brillantes channeled her inner Victoria’s Secret angel in a white mini dress with a v-neckline and fur trim by AJ Javier. The sensual look was brought together by a dramatic white parol attached on the dress’ hem from behind.

Another love team who decided to go for a matching look are Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin. Diaz’s white tube gown with fur trim complimented Fedelin’s green suit adorned with gold patterns.

Joshua Garcia opted to take the unconventional route, appearing in a costume inspired by “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” character Willie Wonka, complete with the signature bob wig, top hat, and white spectacles, at the Star Magical Christmas 2023 gala.

Meanwhile, Chie Filomeno, flaunted her slim physique in a Victoria Secret angel Candice Swanepoel-inspired bodysuit encrusted with gemstones. The sexy outfit was completed with feather-adorned angel wings and a blonde wig.

Members of P-pop girl group BINI were also among the scene-stealers of the night. The eight girls wore costumes inspired by the fairytale “Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.”

With her short black wig, red ribbon, and blue and yellow ballgown, Stacey looked like the perfect Snow White. Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Mikha, and Sheena were an adorable sight in their dwarf-like costumes.

Another standout was P-pop boy group BGYO who went for their own interpretations of Christmas figures with similar sunglasses as an essential feature of unity in their garb. Gelo turned heads in his Santa Claus-inspired costume, while Akira donned his own version of a reindeer costume complete with antlers.

On the other hand, JL appeared as a Christmas gift while Mikki sported a snowman costume with a scarf wrapped around his neck. Nate, meanwhile, chose to interpret the Christmas tree through his getup complete with baubles and ribbons.

Angels seem to be the fashion of choice for many celebrities during the Star Magical Christmas 2023 gala, but Maymay Entrata’s simple yet regal take on the seraph – with her wings, sparkly white tube dress with a train, and bright smile – certainly turned heads on the white carpet.

“Senior High” stars JK Labajo and Kyle Echarri showed up as a flirty Santa Claus and reindeer, respectively. Their coordinated fur trim definitely did not go unnoticed.

Vivoree Esclito looked whimsical in her Christmas elf-inspired ensemble on the white carpet, complete with white and green layered dress, silver belt, and leaf-shaped ears.
