Kristel Fulgar fulfills dream of meeting Seo In-guk despite sudden cancellation of hosting stint
Kristel Fulgar remained grateful for the once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet her idol, South Korean singer-actor Seo In-guk, despite the cancellation of what was supposed to be a hosting stint during the latter’s fan meeting last Aug. 12.
The actress was initially tapped to be the host of the “Reply 1997” star’s fan meeting, but she announced hours before the event that she will no longer host the event due to “unforeseen circumstances.” The event pushed through nonetheless, with “I Do” alum Karen Bordador taking over the task.

Despite this, Fulgar expressed her gratitude for her interaction with Seo on her personal Instagram page on Monday, Aug. 14, where she shared behind the scenes photos of the event.
“Nevertheless, I was able to [see] him,” she captioned in Korean.

Fulgar’s post caught the attention of her followers, including actresses Sue Ramirez, Alora Sasam, and South Korea-based Joyce Guerra, with some pointing out in the comments that she deserves to be the host of the Korean star’s event.
This was not the singer-actress’ first time to interact with Seo, as she previously interviewed the latter for a vlog last July 2022.
Seo started his entertainment career in 2009 after winning the talent show “Super K.” He is best known for his lead roles in the hit K-dramas “Reply 1997,” “Shopping King Louie,” “High School King of Savvy,” and “Cafe Mimandang,” among many others. EDV
