Pokwang, daughter Malia sever ties from PokLee products’ social media platforms
Pokwang confirmed that she and her daughter Malia have cut ties with the social media accounts of PokLee products, her now-defunct food business with estranged partner Lee O’Brian.
The actress-comedienne made the announcement on her Instagram account on Monday, June 19, saying that she tried to negotiate with O’Brian to recover the accounts that contain her image, but to no avail.
“This is to officially inform everyone that @malia_obrian and I are no longer associated with the following social media accounts: PokLee Cooking Official YouTube, PokLee Cooking Facebook and Instagram, and PokLee Food Products Instagram,” she said.
“We tried to negotiate with Mr. Lee O’Brian to recover the management of said social media accounts that contain Pokwang’s image; however, he refused to come to an agreement with us,” she continued.

The “TiktoClock” host then advised her followers to subscribe to her official YouTube account instead, saying it’s a way to help in financing Malia’s tuition.
