“Super nakaka-disappoint si Bela kagabi (Bela was very disappointing last night). She was such a c*nt,” the netizen said in a now-deleted tweet.

“Bago pa kami magpa-picture POLITELY (said hello and [please] AND WE WERE SO HAPPY TO SEE HER TOO), bago pa kami lumapit sa kanya nakatayo lang kami ng friend ko sa gilid niya, pinapanood kung paano siya mang-irap at mairita sa mga nag-approach sa kanya,” the user stated in a separate tweet.

(Even before we politely asked for a photo with her—we said hello and we were so happy to see her too—my friend and I were just standing beside her. We were watching how she rolled her eyes and got annoyed at those who approached her.)

Padilla then shared a screenshot of the netizen’s tweet and denied her alleged unwelcoming manner to fans.

“Pangit mo kabonding. Wala akong inirapan, kahit isa, imbento. Isa ka sa isang libong ‘di napagbigyan (You’re not fun to bond with. I did not roll my eyes even once. You’re making up stories. You are one of the thousands who I did not [take a photo with],” she said on Thursday, March 16. “If I didn’t TYWK (treat you with kindness), it was probably because you shoved your phone in my face.”

In her succeeding tweets, Padilla explained that she was probably tired when the netizen saw her because she had to drive and take photos with fans prior to watching the concert. Padilla also stressed that she attended the show as a fan who wanted to enjoy it as well.

“Now, if you asked me to take a photo while I was clearly talking to my [four] friends that I met there, I would’ve replied, ‘Sorry we’re talking, let’s take it later,'” she stated. “The people around me can attest to that, anything you add on, will be mostly fabricated. I went to a concert, PERIOD.”

The netizen then pointed out that they did not “shove” their phones in Padilla’s face, and that they were just standing near her “for a good amount of time.” Padilla responded again and maintained that she did not roll her eyes at anyone the whole time she was there.

“Hindi ko ugali mang-irap. When I’m stressed or tired, I stop smiling, but I don’t roll my eyes. That’s so not me,” she noted. “Look, you can’t even say this from your real account where you can be held accountable.”

Padilla accused of being ‘rude’ by another netizen

Another netizen, @harryswoIf, claimed that they asked for a photo with the actress during the concert but to their disappointment, Padilla allegedly acted “rude” and “annoyed.” In response, Padilla explained that she was no longer able to smile for photos because she was tired, and because she was upset that her companions’ boundaries were being compromised.

Padilla then called out the said netizen who seemingly urged other users to make their tweet viral, which might prompt the actress to make it up to them by giving away free concert tickets.

This is why you’re blatantly lying? To get a ticket from me?” the actress said. “Nasan yung TPWK dito?” (Where’s the [treat people with kindness] mantra here?
