Maine Mendoza is turning 26 on March 3 and she celebrated it early and safely amid the pandemic through a surprise Zoom party.

Mendoza’s supporters and friends made sure the “Eat Bulaga” host felt loved ahead of her special day through a new normal virtual event, where she stood before a huge panel made up of multiple screens, showing the faces of fans and friends. She received greetings as well from celebrity friends like Oyo Boy Sotto, Sheena Halili, Jose Manalo and Alden Richards.

Touched by the gesture, she wrote a thank you note to everyone behind the “new normal birthday paandar” in a tweet on Feb. 28.
