Ken Chan marks Rita Daniela’s birthday: ‘You’ve always been there for me’

Ken Chan penned a heartfelt message to celebrate Rita Daniela’s 25th birthday yesterday, Sept. 15.

“You’ve always been there for me, through tears and fears you never forsake me,” the actor said in his Instagram post on the same day.

“You’ve been my loyal supporter and you always saw the best in me,” Chan added. “You’ve been a blessing in my life and I am grateful from up above.”

Along with his message, he also shared a short video montage of Daniela, whom he fondly calls “Choy.” The compilation features some of their sweet moments behind the scenes of past and current productions together.

The Kapuso love team previously starred opposite each other in last year’s TV drama series “One of the Baes.” Months after the program’s finale, they are now working on an upcoming film called “My First and Always” alongside seasoned actors Richard Yap and Lotlot de Leon.  /ra
