Iya Villania ‘kinder and more patient’ with postpartum body after baby no. 3

MANILA, Philippines — TV host and actress Iya Villania has been “kinder and more patient” with her body this time, a week after delivering her third child.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Iya proudly showed off her postpartum figure, as she shared before and after photos of what her body went through.

“Crazy what a mother’s body goes thru! Being so much kinder and patient with my body this time,” Villania shared.

“My body isn’t where I want it to be but I’m okay with that. It will take time and I’m in no rush,” she added.

So far, Iya joked that her current diet includes “baked goods and ‘ulam’ (dishes),” thanks to people who send food over to her home, and that her current workout routine is “round the clock breastfeeding.”

A known fitness enthusiast, Iya  shared: “Work starts this week but waiting it out another week before I really get moving and ease back into my regular grind.”

“Reminding myself that recovery is just as important and enjoying every minute of it,” she said about her recovery, but later mused: “But I can’t wait to sweat again!”
