Ever the fitness buff, Solenn Heussaff is back to working out after giving birth to her first child in January.

The actress and artist posted a video today, March 17, demonstrating her postpartum workout routine. She shared she was 2.5 months postpartum and had a C-section.

The workout routine was credited to her personal trainer Inigo Hizon. Heussaff included the types of exercise, as well as the number of reps and sets so that one can follow.

Heussaff’s workout targets the entire body and does not require much, other than an exercise mat.

She demonstrated the following: glute bridges with hip abduction, wall sit with dumbbell lateral raises, wall sit with dumbbell curls, banded clams, bodyweight squats and bird-dog.

The multi-hyphenate has been building up her strength to get in shape: she said that at two months postpartum she started walking uphill thrice a week.

Heussaff previously shared workout videos on her eponymous YouTube channel. Even before giving birth, she posted videos of her doing prenatal yoga at home to prepare herself “physically and mentally” for giving birth and recovering from her pregnancy.  /ra
