Arron Villaflor donates blood to elderly stranger

Arron Villaflor did not hesitate to donate blood to an elderly woman after receiving a message about her condition.
The actor got a message from a family asking for blood donations for their sick mother on Jan. 27, as seen in his Instagram post last Tuesday, Jan. 28. He did not name the patient or her family, but said that her hemoglobin count was low.

“No second thoughts, I went straight to Cardinal Hospital,” he said, “dahil alam ko ang pakiramdam ng pamilyang nangangailangan (because I know how a family in need feels), and I would [be] much willing to extend my help.”
The actor appeared to be happy to help as he posed beside the elderly patient. Villaflor also accompanied his post with a clip and photo of his blood being drawn by a medical professional.
After his generous act, Villaflor wished for the speedy recovery of the elderly woman. Villaflor currently plays the character of Amir Marquez in the seventh season of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” which is top billed by Coco Martin. /ra
