WATCH: Harry Styles in fictional island Eroda for video of ‘Adore You’
“Adore You” will appear on Harry Styles’ upcoming sophomore solo album, “Fine Line”, which will arrive on Dec. 13.
Ahead of the album release, the former One Direction member unveiled the cinematic video for his latest single, which was directed by Grammy Award-winning filmmaker Dave Meyers.
The video, narrated by none other than Spanish sensation Rosalía, tells the story of an outcast boy in the fictional island of Eroda, who is ostracized because of his dazzling smile.
“The Boy was peculiar from the moment he entered the world. No one ever meant to be mean towards him, but in a town grown used to how things were, no one knew what to do with something different,” Rosalía explains in her opening monologue.
Styles ends up befriending a magical golden fish that he has rescued on the beach shore of the island, to which he promises “I’d walk through fire for you/Just let me adore you/Like it’s the only thing I’ll ever do.”

In a recent sit-down with radio host Zane Lowe, Styles opened up about the genesis of his sophomore studio effort, which will follow his 2017 eponymous debut.
“A big part of going into the album was I spent a lot of time thinking about the whole process of, you make an album, and then you put it out… and then you tour it. I kind of went into the second one feeling like I want to work out how to make all of this feel really fun,” he confessed.
Next year, Styles will hit the road in support of his latest studio album, opening the North America leg of the trek in Philadelphia on June 26.
Jenny Lewis and Koffee will join him on stage in the United States and Canada, while King Princess will open for him across Europe. RGA
