How John Estrada maintains good relationship with his kids

Actor John Estrada proves that he is a family man as he maintains a good relationship with his kids. But what is his secret?

Estrada shared some snaps of him with his daughters Inah, Kaila and Moira from their family reunion, as seen on Instagram Friday.

He shared his secret on his relationship with his children: “You have to learn to listen to them and their feelings.”

“Akala ko nuon dahil isa akong magulang e ako parati ang tama at masusunod,” he said. “[P]ero na [realize] ko mali pala yon lalo na kapag matatanda na ang mga anak mo at kung may sarili ng mga isip.”

(I thought back then that because I am the parent, I am always right and should be followed. But I have realized that this is wrong, especially when your kids are older and can think for themselves.)

He then expressed his gratitude for having smart and kind-hearted children. Estrada added: “I want to thank my kids just for being them and loving me [unconditionally].”

“I promise that dad will be here to guide you and most specially to listen to you,” he then assured his children.

Kaila, Inah and Moira are Estrada’s children with ex-wife Janice de Belen. He is currently married to Miss Globe 2003 winner Priscilla Meirelles, with whom he has another daughter named Sammanta Anechka.  /ra
