It’s official: Regine Velasquez now a Kapamilya

It doesn’t get more official than this.

Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez on Wednesday signed a contract with ABS-CBN, sealing the deal on her being a Kapamilya star now after months of speculations.

In a video posted on ABS-CBN’s official Instagram account, an emotional Velasquez arrived at the network compound, and was even quoted as saying: “I’m very happy, excited. Overwhelmed right now.”

Ogie Alcasid, who became a Kapamilya in 2016, congratulated his wife via an Instagram post on Wednesday: “Congrats mahal! Love you with all my heart.”
