Kristoffer bares close friendship with Alden

Kristoffer Martin was asked recently about his close friendship with coactor Alden Richards.
His response: “Sobrang kuya ’yan. He’s the type of person you could call in the wee hours and he would answer.”
“He’s very consistent,” Kristoffer added. “If you have problems, he would listen. And if he can, he will even give you good advice.”
The Kapuso actor was also asked how he deals with his online bashers.
His reply: “You can’t really force people to believe in what you have to say, because they have their own beliefs.”
“I respect what other people say,” he added. “They have their own opinions and I have mine. I understand where they’re coming from.”
But there are times, he admitted, when he couldn’t help but engage with critical netizens.
“I want to be transparent as much as I could. But when I feel slighted, I feel slighted. And when you’re going through something, sometimes you become impulsive. Sometimes, you end up answering back,” he said. —ALLAN POLICARPIO
