WATCH: Backstreet Boys, Jimmy Fallon’s new take on ‘I Want It That Way’ using classroom instruments

You’ve never heard the Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way” like this.

Jimmy Fallon and his house band The Roots enlisted the famous boy band to take on a new spin on their classic hit. The twist? They used classroom instruments, as seen in a clip from “The Tonight Show” episode aired Thursday night.

With all members—Brian Littrell, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, AJ McLean and Howie Dorough—on board, the latest rendition did not disappoint. The various instruments perfectly blended well with the boys’ vocals, making fans nostalgic.

Apart from this, the boys all had the chance to perform their new single “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart,” their first in five years.

Fallon previously re-did songs accompanied by classroom instruments. Guests featured included Ed Sheeran, Camila Cabello, One Direction and Adele.  /ra
