GMA wins in NY Fest

GMA brought home medals and finalist certificates at the recent 2018 New York Festival’s “World’s Best TV and Films” competition.

The docu program “Reel Time” won the gold medal in the health/medical information category for “Hawla (The Untold Story of the Village Monster).” Another docu, “Gutom (Starved),” earned a silver medal.

“Alaala: A Martial Law Special,” starring Alden Richards, also won a silver award.

Jessica Soho, meanwhile, won a bronze in the best news anchor category.

GMA Public Affairs also earned three bronze medals for “Front Row,” “Reporter’s Notebook” and “Brigada.”
