Makisig Morales back in show biz, considers ‘Bagani’ role a blessing

‘Super Inggo’ actor Makisig Morales is happy to be back in show biz and considers being part of the new fantasy television series “Bagani” a blessing.

During an interview on the March 6 episode of the morning talk show “Magandang Buhay,” Morales described how he landed the role of Dumakulem.

He said they called him up in Australia and asked him to fly to the Philippines to undergo training and costume fitting.

“Hindi ko ma-explain kung ano ‘yung saya na nararamdaman ko. Masayang masaya ako na nakabalik ako sa show biz. Blessing po talaga ito (“I can’t explain the joy that I’m feeling. I’m really happy to be back in show biz. This [Bagani role] is truly a blessing),” added Morales.

Well known for his child role as Super Inggo in the TV series of the same name, Morales had to quit show biz when his family moved to Australia five years ago.

Now that he’s back in the limelight, his family couldn’t be more excited.  /ra
