The official teaser of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2017 entry “Gandarrapiddo: The Revenger Squad” has now been released.

Posted on YouTube last Nov. 13, the hilarious cast, which includes Vice Ganda, Daniel Padilla and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, is set to bring in the laughs this Christmas.

Vice Ganda is in a rainbow-themed costume reminiscent of “Card Captor Sakura,” Daniel Padilla is in all-black and Wurtzbach is daring in her gold costume.

The movie is Wurtzbach’s official acting comeback after her stints in beauty pageants over the past few years. She was among the teen stars launched by Star Magic in the early 2000s along with Bea Alonzo, Shaina Magdayao and Angeline Aguilar.

She also starred in the now-defunct teen-oriented show K2BU. Wurtzbach continues to be a constant sight in the pageant scene as she will be among the panel of judges in this year’s Miss Universe competition.
