Rocky plans to marry Eula

Actor Rocky Salumbides shares his plan to marry Eula Valdes, his girlfriend of nine years.

“As far as marrying her (Eula) is concerned, I have every intention [of doing that]. I’m single … I guess the secret to having a happy relationship with her is the fact that we treat each other as equals. We don’t play roles, like who gets to be the weak one as opposed to the strong one. Whatever one lacks, the other tries to fill it up with love and understanding.”

On Eula’s love scenes, Rocky said: “I’m really not comfortable with the idea of her kissing or making out with someone else. I want what we have to be special and exclusive. But then, it’s part of our work as actors. I just don’t watch her. Sometimes, I stay in the parking lot if I know she’d be shooting love scenes on that day.—MARINEL CRUZ
