His confrontation drew cheers from the crowd.

According to Page Six, security attempted to find the accused man, but it has not been reported if he was apprehended.

Drake’s action follows other artists around the world who have stood up for female fans being harassed during concerts.

In January, Pakistani singer Atif Aslam told off men who were sexually harassing a fan in the audience.

In July, guitarist Brendan Ekstrom of American rock band Circa Survive walked off the stage after he saw a man sexually harassing a woman multiple times.

The following month, British metal band Architects halted its performance when vocalist Sam Carter called out an audience member who grabbed a woman’s breast while she was crowd surfing. /ra
