‘Grand gesture’ awaits Angel Locsin

Actress Angel Locsin, in a previous interview, refused to acknowledge film producer Neil Arce as her boyfriend, adding that the latter has yet to formally ask her to be his sweetheart.

Arce, for his part, explains to Inquirer why this is so: “I’m committed to her. I have only pure intentions. I’m actually looking forward to spending [the rest of] my life with her. If I ask the question, I want the moment to be perfect—I believe in grand gestures. I don’t want it to be just an item for a promo material.
