WATCH: Gal Gadot thanks fans for ‘Wonder Woman’ global success

Gal Gadot thanked her global fanbase for the spectacular success of “Wonder Woman.”

The Israeli actress posted a video on her social media pages on Wednesday expressing her deepest gratitude to her fans. She plays the titular character in the Patty Jenkins-directed film, which has smashed box-office records over the past few days.

“I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for making this the most amazing and craziest weekend I’ve had in my life,” Gadot gushed.

“You made this movie what it is. Your love and support for this character and myself are not to be taken for granted. This is all you. I’m sending you guys all the good energy and love back,” she said.

Recently, Gadot goodheartedly teased that her Amazonian superheroine role would unanimously defeat Thor, portrayed by actor Chris Hemsworth, if they got to traverse one day.

“I’d think she’d kick Thor’s a**,” the Australian actor tweeted. Gadot responded that they must “collide worlds.”
