Los Angeles-based singer-actress Becca Godinez will revisit retro numbers, perform bossa nova tunes and her own hits in a New Year’s concert titled, “A Dazzling 2017 Welcome” on Dec. 31 at The Eclipse at Solaire Resort and Casino (call 888-8888).

After the gig, Becca, who was recently signed by FullHouse Asia, hopes to do some TV work. “Aside from live shows, there are plans for me to continue to act—maybe even in a teleserye,” related the recording artist, who popularized the 1980s songs “Giggles” and “Shining.”—ALLAN POLICARPIO
