‘Halalan 2016’
For “Halalan 2016,” ANC is going all-out to deliver news and analysis that matter, through special interview segments on its flagship programs, partnering with education institutions to fact-check candidates’ statements, following them on their campaign trail and holding fora to give voters a chance to know them.
Skating capital
Manila is poised to become the country’s skating capital as Mayor Joseph Estrada intesifies the campaign against illegal drugs through the establishment of sports centers and gymnasiums for the youth.
The first sports center for the youth, Manila Skate Plaza, was recently inaugurated in Paco, a joint project of the city government of Manila and One Manila Org.
The first free skating plaza in the country is for alternative sports enthusiasts, including skaters and BMX riders.
At World Food Expo

Football Academy
Sparta on Pioneer st. in Mandaluyong (call 655-3199) is launching a Football Academy for kids from March to May, every Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Sparta also offers karate, Filipino martial arts, yoga, jeet kun do and capoiera lessons.

On March 11, “Unleashing My Genius: Helping Children Overcome Performance Barriers,” will be held at the Telengtan Hall of University of Asia and the Pacific.
