“THE REVENANT,” which bagged the best actor (Leonardo DiCaprio), best director (Alejandro Iñarritu) and best cinematography (Emmanuel Lubezski) trophies at the recent Oscars, is being screened anew in select cinemas in Metro Manila—at Powerplant, Robinsons Galleria, Eastwood, Festival Mall, Gateway, SM Megamall—and Gaisano Davao.

Skating capital

Manila is poised to become the country’s skating capital as Mayor Joseph Estrada intesifies the campaign against illegal drugs through the establishment of sports centers and gymnasiums for the youth.
The first sports center for the youth, Manila Skate Plaza, was recently inaugurated in Paco, a joint project of the city government of Manila and One Manila Org.

The first free skating plaza in the country is for alternative sports enthusiasts, including skaters and BMX riders.

Football Academy
